“After Mr. Kneale was gone, I played on the piano and found the sound quality superb. I am happy the piano has finally received the best tuning since it was bought two years ago, especially after it experienced a total of five mediocre tunings. I am very satisfied with Mr. Kneale’s work and we are looking forward to a long-term relationship with him. Please convey my appreciation to him.”
Best regards,
